We do not accept reservations from, or solely for any minors aged 12 or younger.

We will request you to enter your e-mail address during booking process.
In order to ensure that a confirmation message from our website reaches to you,

When Test message is not delivered

• Please make sure that your e-mail address is correctly typed.
• Please check if the message is filtered as a spam.
• Please try other e-mail address, if it is available.

When booking Dormitory room

When you travel with a mixed group or family of men and women up to 4 persons, Group / Men's dormitory can be used only when all the 4 beds can be secured (charged for 4 persons when used as a mixed group even for 3 or less persons).

1 room for dormitory means 1 bunk.
When booking, please put always 1(one) for No. of persons per bunk.
ex)
For 2 men, put 2 rooms and Number of person is Male:1.
For 3 women, put 3 rooms and Number of person is Female :1

<Caution>
Although our reservation system allows men to book Ladies Dormitory and women book Men's Dormitory,
such reservation will not be valid even if the booking confirmation email is sent to you.
Please carefully choose a proper dormitory room according to your gender.

Cancellation fee

A cancellation fee will arise according to the following table.
Our bank account for the transfer will be informed by email.

3days before - 2days before	30%
1day before	50%
On the day of arrival / eventual no-show	100%
